This annual event is held throughout the United States in memory of the children we have lost and in honor of the children fighting their fight.
It will also raise money and resources for children's hospices and comfort care/palliative care programs throughout the country.

Founded by a mother that lost her daughter to Leukemia and spent her final days in agonizing pain, without any end-of-life care or support. Children's Hospice of America Foundation is driven by bereaved parents and industry leaders on a mission. Our goal is to change the way we care for terminally ill children and ensure the children find comfort and the family that loves them finds the support they need in a child's final days.
The power of CHOAF lies in our ability to bring together bereaved parents, organizations, hospices, and comfort care programs across the nation, use their strength in numbers and passion to raise awareness and effect change on a national level.
